Benefit payment processing freeze – mid-May

As part of the annual review following each 31 March Scheme year end, the Trustee calculates and allocates final year end earnings rates. To enable this activity, the Trustee will briefly suspend the processing of benefit payments (urgent payments may still be processed in exceptional circumstances). The purpose of the suspension is to ensure the correct account balances are used for earnings allocation. This year, the Trustee intends the benefit payment suspension period to be 19 to 22 May (or a shorter period if practicable).

To ensure any near term payment or withdrawal requests can be processed before the suspension, please email them to the Scheme administrator at dairy@mercer.com at least 10 working days before 19 May to allow sufficient time for processing.
